Air Fried BBQ Chicken Poppers
As a Senior Auditor this time of year is always a little hectic for me. Honestly, I love the feeling of logging off for the night and seeing what I can create in the kitchen. As most of you know, cooking is not only my passion, but my peace too. It’s something about turning the kitchen lights on, playing music, and pouring a glass of wine and cheffing up.
HOWEVER, there are nights where the workday was just too hectic and I just need a quick meal. I’m sure you can relate, especially at times when you just REALLY don’t feeling cooking.
So tonight I kept it simple, I made these Air Fried BBQ Chicken Poppers which were AMAZING!! They were crispy, packed with flavor and more importantly they only took me 30-35 minutes.
Sometimes we all need that quick meal just to get us through and I hope the meal I made tonight you’ll consider next time you need a quick recipe.
As always, until next time Wade’s Cuisine Fam. Peace and Love.
